CONDITIONS of HIRE

The Hirer is required to pay the full hire charge on taking over the machine.
Hirers of Motorcycles and Scooters must be 20 or over, have held a full licence for more than one year in the category required and not had any serious convictions.
Hirers of Motorcycles and Scooters must wear Safety Helmets (by law).
Motorcycle and Scooter Hirers are responsible for the first £150 (£250 on 250cc machines) of any damage. Cycle Hirers are responsible for all damage.
The right to substitute any machine is reserved by the company.
Machines must not be ridden on the beach.
The company must be advised at once of any accident to the machine.
The company will not be responsible for damage or injury as the result of the use of any machine.
The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate a hire.
Motorcycle & Scooter hirers are responsible for paying parking fines.
